What is SPROUT?
SPROUT is Toronto Metropolitan University’s annual 4-day case conference, bringing together students to think critically, collaborate creatively, and tackle real-world challenges. Designed as a hands-on learning experience, SPROUT gives participants the opportunity to analyze complex cases, develop innovative solutions, and present their ideas in a dynamic, supportive environment. Through teamwork, mentorship, and practical problem-solving, SPROUT helps students grow their skills, confidence, and professional networks—planting the seeds for future success.
